Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and stay at Daman Guest House Group properties. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after our reservation team contacts you and receives the required advance deposit. Submitting an enquiry form does not guarantee a booking.
Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
ID Requirements
All adult guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport) at check-in. Local regulations of Daman and Diu apply.
Guest Conduct
We maintain a family-friendly environment. Guests must respect other residents and property. Illegal activities, excessive noise, and disruptive behaviour will result in immediate check-out without refund.
Liability
While our premises are secured with 24/7 CCTV, guests are responsible for their personal valuables. Management is not liable for lost or misplaced items.
