How do I book a room at Daman Guest House Group?
You can book directly via WhatsApp (+91 95375 55925), phone (+91 95740 90292), or by filling the enquiry form on our website. Direct booking gives you the best rate with no OTA markup.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Standard check-in is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to room availability.
Are unmarried couples allowed?
Yes, we welcome all couples — married and unmarried — with valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driving License). Both guests must carry original ID at check-in.
What is the nearest railway station to Daman?
Vapi Railway Station is the nearest station to Daman, just 12 km away. From Vapi, take a shared jeep (Rs 30–50), auto-rickshaw (Rs 150–200), or taxi (Rs 300–400) to Daman.
Do all rooms have AC?
Most of our rooms are fully air-conditioned with split ACs. We also have Non-AC rooms available at lower rates for budget travellers.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms across all four properties.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before check-in. 50% refund for 3–7 days. No refund for less than 72 hours or no-show. See our Cancellation Policy page for full details.
How far are the properties from the beach?
Ocean Stays is directly on Devka Beach Road (2-minute walk). King Villa is 100m from the sea. Yathaa Villa is 600m from the sea. Shanti House is 300m from the beach.
What is the room rate?
Rooms start from Rs 1,500/night (Non-AC) and Rs 2,100/night (AC). Sea View Rooms start from Rs 3,800/night. Book directly for the best rate.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available at all four properties.
