Refund & Rescheduling Terms
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our properties. Please read the terms carefully before making a booking.
7+ Days Before Check-in
Full refund of the advance deposit amount, minus a 3% payment processing fee. Cancellation must be communicated via WhatsApp or phone call to our reservation desk.
3–7 Days Before Check-in
50% refund of the advance deposit amount. The remaining 50% is retained as a cancellation fee.
Less than 72 Hours / No-Show
No refund of the advance deposit. If you do not check in without prior notice, the full deposit is forfeited.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule your stay at least 48 hours before check-in, subject to room availability. Only one reschedule is allowed per booking. Rate differences may apply.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method (bank transfer or UPI).
